PERTH AND DISTRICT PIPE BAND
MORE ABOUT THE BAND
The Band Constitution states that the office bearers will consist of a Pipe Major, Leading Drummer, Secretary and Treasurer all of whom are elected at the AGM. These members act as trustees. In addition members also vote annually for a committee to help run the band.
We are registered with the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association, currently in grade 4B. You can see our results for the season on the RSPBA site. To do so just click here. Our local branch is Dundee, Perth and Angus.
The band plays at a variety of types of engagements eg competitions, gala days, shows, weddings, charity events and various functions for Perth and Kinross Council.
